Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
 - 1 ½ cups pancake mix (flour substitute)
 - 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
 - 1 large egg
 - ½ cup baking stevia
 - 1 tsp baking soda
 
															Directions
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Then mix in all ingredients with fork.
Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees F in loaf pan coated with coconut oil.
