2017 Bali 4.5 For Sale: Great Buy!

thea koshman yacht broker catamaran guru

Thea Koshman tells us why she likes this 2017 Bali 4.5 as a well-fitted-out cruising cat:

Bali 4.5 For Sale"I love this Bali! At US$ 519,000, it is a great buy! Since it has already crossed the Atlantic once, it's a proven ocean cruiser. It has a full array of gear from 4-zone Air Conditioning, watermaker, dishwasher and washer/dryer, to solar panels, 11 Kw generator, a full set of sails, and safety gear (including liferaft). It comes with an 11 foot ultralight tender with an aluminium bottom and a nice davit system that turns into a sunbathing platform. This is a 3 Cabin, 2 head layout (with a crew berth). With the drop-down salon table, you can easily sleep 9 aboard inside.ClC

Although it is a 2017, it has extremely low engine hours and has the appearance of being brand new. The large pass-through window forward and aft make this model very breezy and cool. A smaller main salon table makes the main salon quite spacious. With the oven set below the microwave above the stove top, the galley has much more storage than expected. A full sized fridge also frees up more space because other brands offer one or two small fridges and a separate freezer. Thus, the interior storage is endless.

The heads have ultra modern fixtures and wash basins of first class design. Having a washer and dryer eliminates trips to shore or taxis into town lugging heavy bags of laundry to the local laundromat and saves money too!

Unlike most brands, the helm for this Bali 4.5 is locate in the center of the flybridge allowing for equal visibility of both hulls.  The Bimini has an oversized esseinenglass window on the roof allow for great inspection of the mainsail. Speaking of sails, this Bali has a comprehensive sail package eliminating any need for buying more head sails, which is extremely expensive.

The elimination of a trampoline, give much more seating area and sun pads in the bow for entertaining. The sun pad aft of the flybridge is a great place to observe the navigation skills of the captain. All in all, this Bali 4.5 is a turnkey opportunity. Step aboard and sail away!"
