As a veteran Key West fly-fishing guide, successful real estate broker, and owner of a 2023 Bali 4.2 sailing catamaran bareboat business, his vast experience navigating the waters is invaluable in assisting both sellers and buyers.
Dave’s Bali 4.2 catamaran is in charter with Florida Yacht Charters in Key West, delivering exceptional experiences and delighting guests, boat owners, and clients onboard. Hawaii Location: Meet Thea Koshman who has been part of our team in Florida until she moved to Hawaii late in 2023. She is now heading up our brokerage services in the beautiful islands of Hawaii! Thea lived in Honolulu for many years where she sold yachts from small sailboats to large sport fishers and motor yachts in Honolulu. In Hawaii, she spent much of her spare time fishing on a 51-foot Viking sport fisher.
