Broker Focus: Thea Koshman

Thea Koshman joined Catamaran Guru last year and has done really well selling brokerage boats during the pandemic.

“I have never been busier! I have three boats under offer right now and gained three new listings just in the last few weeks” says Thea.

She has in particular been sought out by Lagoon 380 buyers and sellers. She knows the Lagoon Catamaran brand really well since she owns one and the Lagoon 380 is an easy sell for her.

“I always say the Lagoon 380 is a BIG boat for such a little boat. The 380’s can cross the Atlantic Ocean, no problem! They’re great for couples trying their hands at sailing for the first time or people who want to single hand. There is 6′ 5″ of headroom in the main salon and each hull has six feet one inches of headroom. Their length makes them easy to handle and maneuver, easy to moor and inexpensive to own and dock,” says Thea.

Thea has picked out three catamaran listings for us, currently on the market, that are good buys for under $300,000.
