Anthony Bourdain, Rest in Peace?
Along with the rest of the world, we are shocked and saddened by the passing of Anthony Bourdain, world famous/infamous explorer, chef, storyteller. We cannot imagine him resting, but more likely finding peace in unbridled exploration of his life beyond. He inspired generations to get out into the world not just to experience unfamiliar cuisine and cultures, but to make new friends with real people.
Just prior to Hurricane Maria, Mr. Bourdain filmed an episode while renting one of our catamaran owners’ Fountaine Pajot Saba 50 in Puerto Rico and found delight in the most fresh and simple cuisine of a sailor.
