2017 La Grande Motte Multihull Boat Show Success

We are sending this update from the Multihull Show in France where the world’s newest catamarans and trimarans were on display.

World Premier Fountain Pajot Saona 47

Fountaine Pajot has finally, after a year of suspense, launched the New 47 sailing catamaran and released her name to the world. This latest new model from the shipyard is officially named “Saona 47” after an island off the coast of the Dominican Republic which suitably features 47 km of beautiful coastline!

All our clients who already owners of this new FP47 sailing catamaran are delighted to see the first pictures of their future boats. Here are some pictures and the official naming ceremony from the team at Fountaine Pajot.

New Lagoon 40Lagoon Announced Two New Models

Lagoon Catamarans has released news of two new models, the Lagoon 40 and Lagoon 50, to be unveiled at the Cannes Boat Show in the Fall. The new Lagoon 40 is a bit of a cross between the old, and now discontinued, L39 and L400 models, with the aft rig for higher performance, a self-tacking jib for easier maneuvering and the new Lagoon 42 interior and cockpit design. new models. The Lagoon 50 will fill in the gap between the L48 and L52. Both models will be available for delivery in 2018.

New Catana 53 Launched

The New Catana 53 is very elegant with reverse bows and inward-curving daggerboards. The infusion process and use of Carbon, make of Catana 53 a high-performance hard wearing, light boat. The hull and deck of the Catana 53 is built with infusion technology using vinylester and polyester resins and carbon fiber is used in structural bulkheads, which makes the catamaran very rigid, sturdy and light. Dimensions: length of over 16 m and a width of 8.65 m, and 14T displacement.
