The lateral galley looks pretty good but getting food and drinks into the salon looks problematical - either some sort of dumb waiter needs to be installed ?

I prefer a galley topsides but looking at the layout of the salon, the galley dominates the space - it might be ok for a few weeks but on a live aboard I think it kills the space that could be better utilised......if I had one of these boats, I would be looking at how to reconfigure the galley into a more compact unit.
