  • 2pm Conch Inn Marina: Life raft Deployment – how does a life raft work and what is in it? Bring your swimsuits for an interactive experience!

8am: Race starts in Marsh Harbour and ends at Tahiti Beach Race course will be set at the skippers biefing

Dinghy Floating Concert Sponsored by Bali Catamarans

  • 4pm: Join Snapdragon with your dinghy to enjoy a floating concert by musician Shawn Owen!
  • Bali Pink Party theme – wear your pink shirts and caps and dress your dinghy up in the color pink.
  • Bring your drinks and appetisers and sing along into the night!
  • Hooligan juice will be served!Mon

Tuesday, May 6

Lagoon Catamarans Umbrella Races & Beach Games

Umbrella Races & Games

  • 10am Bring your floaties – paddle boards or pool toys, take an umbrella and sail to victory!
  • Coconut Toss – wear your helmets and gloves and catch some coconuts! More beach games all day
  • Hooligan juice will be liberally served!

Wednesday, May 7

Race & Prizegiving Party

Final Catamaran Regatta 

  • 8am Race from Tahiti Beach to Fishers Bay in Guana Cay

  • 5pm Gather at Grabbers Restaurant for the prizegiving
  • 7pm Dinner & cockctails will be served  
  • 9pm Dance the night away on the beach and enjoy a giant bonfire and limbo dancing!

Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or new to the cruising community, the Catamaran Guru Rendezvous is all about having a wonderful time with fellow sailors in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world!

Entry & Eligibility

Please be advised that while we are all competitive and want to win, this is first and foremost a fun race. It is an opportunity for all of us to test our own skills and use our boats to their optimum, but we do not want to get hurt or hurt someone else. We therefore want to go into this with a spirit of being team players and be helpful to our fellow sailors!

  • The regatta is open to all seaworthy catamarans as determined by the race committee
  • Competitors must have submitted a complete Registration Form and payment to the Race Committee
  • All boats participating must have a functioning VHF radio
  • You may use all types of sales including spinnakers
  • Details of the courses will be included in the Sailing Instructions provided at the skipper’s briefing

  • Competitors participate entirely at their own risk. Any and all Sponsors shall not be held liable for, nor will accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of life to participants or others. In addition, Catamaran Guru shall not be responsible or held liable in any way, for any loss of, or damage to any vessel or property damage suffered in any way, from any cause, occurring during, or related to any and all Catamaran Guru race activity or any event or activity associated with the Regatta. The safety of a yacht or sailing vessel and her crew, the decision as to whether or not to start, and having started, whether or not to continue is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each yacht’s skipper.

  • There will be trophies and prizes for the top 3 finishers of two races
