S/V Felix is for SALE – Rare opportunity for much sought after Catalac 10M in great shape, and read. Her solid fiberglass hull is bulletproof and the envy of lesser built small cats. And if you like great visibility – with lots of windows to look out from in every room, then this is the boat fy to sail away! Designed and built in England by Tom Lack, the Catalac 10 is a true blue water cruising cat that is extremely well built, very sea kindly and a super comfortable live aboardor you. It has more windows, and windows that actually open allowing for great ventilation (with screening) than any other boat.

Built by Tom Lack at the Quay, Christchurch, Dorset, England. Catalac's are recognized as well built, strong boats designed to handle the roughest seas. Catalac 10Ms are one of the best couple or small family live-aboard cruisers ever designed. These rare boats are really good at providing a safe and comfortable home on the water for extended periods and do so with low maintenance and operating costs.

We bought Felix in 2018 to do the East Coast, Keys, Bahamas and whatever else we might dream up. With her newish Twin 30 hp Yanmar Diesel engines, only 3’ draft, and enormous storage she proved to be the perfect boat! We have loved her and lovingly cared for her by adding many upgrades over the years.

We are not taking our “BOAT STUFF” with us, so we are offering Felix as a turn key deal – tools, cruising books, everything. If you want to go south this winter, north in the spring, or cross the Atlantic, she is ready to go.

If you are not familiar with the Catalac boats, here are a few quotes taken from the Catalac Catamaransite:
“A Catalac Catamaran, survived the worst recorded storm at sea earning these boats their well deserved reputation as one of the best built boats in the world. Surveyors have been known to refer to Catalacs as the Hinckley of Cruising Catamarans (for those of you who aren't familiar with the term ...it's not an insignificant compliment).”
“…short rigs, aren't particularly fast boats but they have lots of room, they're safe, are well thought out designs and are quality boats which are built like battleships.”
